SHAHKAR Fine Carpets accepts returns.
A return must be initiated within 3 days of delivery as long as the rug is in its original condition upon return to our warehouse.
How to initiate a return:
Kindly reply to your original order email to let us know which item(s) are being returned. (or at email@example.com if you can’t find your order!)
Kindly let us know the reason for the return.
We’ll reply within 24 hours with a return shipping label and instructions on how to package your rug to ensure that it makes it back to our warehouse looking just as good as when it was delivered. (It’s easiest if you keep your original packaging material!)
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify the condition of the item(s), we’ll refund you only the cost of the rug, less an 6% restocking fee, using the original form of payment. You should expect to see your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).
Please note we do not accept returns after the 3 day complimentary return intiation window.
